Fastlane Connect, IP turnstiles for the connected age
Integrated Design Limited will be showcasing the new range of Fastlane TCP/IP connected turnstiles at Security Essen in Germany later this month. Fastlane Connect means that each turnstile lane can simply be plugged into your LAN/WAN and will obtain an IP address from your server. Remote control of the turnstiles is then possible from any authorised point on the network, including wireless devices like an iPad or Smartphone. The central processing unit of the turnstiles includes a webpage generator so no additional software is required to operate the system. This new connectivity will also mean that remote diagnostics and adjustment along with firmware upgrades can be offered as part of a maintenance package that will even tell you when your turnstiles need maintenance or repair.
The Fastlane Connect program is rolling out across all of our range of turnstiles in the very near future.
